Resonance of the Heart is an immersive half-day integrative wellness experience that weaves together elemental sound meditation, contrast therapy, and traditional medical methodology into one intentional journey, presented by 1111 Sound Healings, Sauna House, and Lee Health. Participants begin with health screenings and an educational heart talk, offering practical insight into optimal heart health, before being guided into a heart-centered sound meditation featuring deep resonant symphonic gongs, quartz crystalline and Himalayan singing instruments, and a specialized collection of ascension-based tuning forks ranging from 4050–4225 Hz, designed to support expanded states of consciousness. Heart-centered tuning forks tuned to 528 Hz are also incorporated to encourage internal and external compassion. The experience concludes with contrast therapy alternating sauna heat and cold immersion to promote a conclusive nervous system reset. To maintain an intimate and supportive environment, the day is limited to two small group sessions of 15 participants each.
