Erica Nagel is a sound therapy practitioner and the founder of 1111 Sound Healings, an immersive meditation practice based in Naples, Florida. Certified through Yoga Alliance, she creates highly curated sound experiences for visionary leaders and audiences across healthcare, wellness, hospitality, art, and spiritual spaces.

Her work encompasses intimate one-on-one sessions, site-specific installations, curated group immersions, and public experiences, with collaborations including Alo, Tesla, Lee Health, Artis—Naples / The Baker Museum, Aston Martin Residences, The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott Autograph Collection Hotels, and Hyatt Regency.

At the center of her practice is the belief that sound can be experienced far beyond what is heard. Each offering is designed as a deeply immersive, multisensory journey into stillness, presence, and inner coherence. Drawing upon deep symphonic gongs, Himalayan double chalices, quartz crystal singing bowls, quartz crystal tetrahedrons, Solfeggio tuning forks, and other resonant instruments, Erica creates vibrational landscapes that are felt as much as they are heard.

Every experience is intuitively attuned to the energy of the space and the collective within it. Through the language of frequency, participants are invited to soften out of overdrive and enter profound states of rest, creating space for clarity, emotional release, and a return to harmonic balance.

The origin of this work is deeply personal.

When sound healing entered Erica’s life seven years ago, it revealed a profound capacity to help us feel beyond the surface. It became a way of releasing what no longer serves, creating space for what is meant to flourish, and finding peace within uncertainty.

As an only child, this work is also a living prayer to her mother and guardian angel. It honors their final conversation following her sudden ascension, the divine guidance that followed, and the enduring love that continues to shape Erica’s path. What began as a deeply personal transformation became a way of serving others.
