This intimate container welcomes the community into seven four-hour micro retreats, limited to eight participants per session, facilitated by Erica Nagel, Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner, in collaboration with Liberty Home Gardens Studio. Unfolding month by month, each gathering becomes an immersive passage through a multidimensional soundscape and botanical art as an expression of your most authentic self. Together, the experiences trace an arc of listening, accepting, discerning, opening, activating, releasing, and integrating, illuminating the crystalline veil between the inner and outer domains of your existence.

A foraged botanical journal workshop inviting participants to handcraft a purposeful vessel for reflection, intention, and creative expression, rooted in the textures and materials of the land. This opening experience invites participants to listen inward, cultivate awareness, and begin articulating their personal landscape through botanical form. The journey continues into the Treehouse for an immersive sound meditation, where resonance and stillness create space for expansiveness and presence. Each participant’s “Living Journal” opens this seven-month series with an invitation to give form to what lives within.

THE EXPERIENCE
A THOUGHTFULLY HELD JOURNEY
Liberty Home Gardens is a rare piece of Naples history, originally established in 1960 by Winford “Win” Turner Sr., a pioneering local nursery owner. Purchased by artist Kat Boll from the Turner family in 2023, the estate preserves its mature trees, layered plantings, orchids, palms, and abundant wildlife. Within the canopy is its remarkable Treehouse, begun by Win Sr. and his son in 1998 using reclaimed wood and built around a preserved pine tree. Recognized as Naples’ first permitted treehouse of its kind, the storm resilient structure has endured Hurricanes Charley, Wilma, and Ian, creating a truly singular setting where 1111 Sound Healings brings together nature, art, history, and sound.
A four-hour experience with a carefully paced flow, allowing space for arrival, creative practice, sound immersion, and integration.

NOURISHMENT
A plant-forward menu of light fare, infused waters, herbal teas, and cold-pressed juices will be available throughout the retreat, offering moments of replenishment and pause along the way.
MATERIALS INCLUDED
All base materials for the Living Journal workshop are provided. Botanical elements will be foraged by each participant during the guided land exploration.
COMMUNAL ACCEPTANCE
No experience is required. Arrive as you. Just an openness to receive, explore, and be gentle with your authentic self.
WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor exploration, creative work, and resting during the sound meditation. Please bring a yoga mat or comfortable sleeping mat for the Treehouse sound meditation, along with a pillow and light blanket for added comfort during the sound journey. Bring water to stay hydrated throughout the experience, as well as a journal or writing tool for capturing reflections or insights beyond your Living Journal. Small personal objects that hold meaning for you are welcome, if desired. Please silence your mobile device to support presence and minimize distraction. Set intentions for your experience while allowing space for it to unfold naturally.

Erica Nagel is a sound therapy practitioner and founder of 1111 Sound Healings, an immersive meditation practice based in Naples, Florida. Certified through Yoga Alliance, she creates highly curated sound experiences for visionary leaders and audiences across healthcare, wellness, hospitality, art, and spiritual spaces. Her work encompasses intimate one-on-one sessions, site-specific installations, curated group immersions, and public experiences, with collaborations including Alo, Tesla, Lee Health, Artis—Naples / The Baker Museum, Aston Martin Residences, The Ritz-Carlton, Autograph Collection Hotels, and Hyatt Regency. Each offering is designed as a journey into stillness and inner coherence. Seven years ago, sound healing entered Erica’s life and became a profound pathway for transformation. As an only child, her work is a living prayer to her Mother and guardian angel, honoring their final conversation following her sudden ascension and divine guidance. At the heart of 1111 Sound Healings is a simple invocation: listen with the entire soul and know that, no matter the internal or external circumstances, we are all exactly where we are meant to be.
