This season’s series is a six-part collection of intimate experiences exploring the relationship between sound, sensation, stillness, and cellular restoration. Each carefully curated edition brings together frequency therapy, contrast therapy, and thoughtfully integrated wellness modalities within one collective container of wholeness.

We are excited to announce the inaugural Resonance Series event, entitled the Therapeutic Touch Edition, where two practitioners guide an intimate experience combining therapeutic cranial, neck, and shoulder massage therapy with restorative sound therapy, sauna bathing, and cold immersion.
This experience weaves ascension-based frequencies and carefully selected live instrumentation to cultivate awareness and energetic alignment.
Within this safe container, you are guided through the Earth Star, Soul Star, Crown, Third Eye, and Throat energy centers as crystalline instruments create an ethereal soundscape for expansiveness, intuition, awareness, and expression.
This is an invitation inward, into the depths of your being.

HOW TO PREPARE
Silence mobile devices upon arrival.
Bring a yoga or sleeping mat for your comfort during the sound meditation.
Arrive 15 minutes early to get nestled in and prepare for the experience.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily between the sound meditation, sauna, and cold immersion.
Bring a light blanket. The sound experience may create varying sensations of temperature throughout the body.
Bring a pillow or two for additional support beneath the head, shoulders, hips, or lower back.
Bring water to stay hydrated before, during, and after the experience. Refreshments will also be available for purchase at the welcome desk.
Most importantly, arrive with an open mind and set your intentions.
